The Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) now accept priorities claimed from Chinese patent and trademark applications filed by Chinese entities or non-Chinese entities or applications filed in other jurisdictions by Chinese entities on or after September 12, 2010 for all patent and trademark applications filed in Taiwan on or after November 22, 2010.
